Voir tous les avisI love this class, but the instructor this time said midway through the class “it’s not rocket science people, follow the person in front of you…” This is a class where you want everyone comfortable with asking questions on how to do something, otherwise people could hurt themselves. You don’t want someone too embarrassed to ask questions. All it takes is one person not understanding how to do one exercise and it can throw lots of people off.
