Karen is a great instructor and the class was well structured and well paced. The exercises are great for me and Karen is a really wonderful teacher. She went around and corrected each of our forms and gave us lots of encouragement! Looking forward to the next class!

Doesnt feel intimidating and the coaches were very observant and kind enough to help (i really appreciate this). If schedule allows i will definitely come :)

His classes really challenge me, and I genuinely enjoy being pushed out of my comfort zone. Already looking forward to the next one. He’s very soft-spoken, humble, and gives really clear instructions. I also didn’t expect him to be funny. He has this quiet, subtle sense of humour that makes the class even more enjoyable. Every class, I learn something new. Really glad I found his classes.
