Voir tous les avisI love attending Bryce's classes. His cues are absolutely so-on-point and his playlists are the best. Studio is also beginner friendly but do go at least 20 min early if you are a first timer because 1) they will give you pre-lessons on boxing. 2) if you have boxing wraps that needs wrapping (the non-glove types) they'll teach you/help you wrap them 3) familiarize yourself with the locker system.

Not so great today is the sound system, got mic issue… luckily instructor energy was through the roof so went alright overall. Also, I have pet peeve for late comers esp when class already started. Got 1 casually coming in after 1st track, and 2 more also casually coming in after 2nd song. Show some respect please. Ascend please be more strict. Its disruptive and disrespectful.

Kamesh is one of the more proactive instructors I’ve met at STRONG so far; he came around to correct my form for most exercises.
