Voir tous les avisHardcore!!! I am a very active person and this class was intense cardio wise… we did not stop. However it’s for beginners too bc you can take breaks and modify. The class is simple but you burn a lot! I don’t think I’ve ever sweated so much. Yet it was so much fun!!!
