    Felt super welcome into this fitness studio as a first timer - the woman on the front desk was incredibly lovely to my friend and I. Workout quite challenging but manageable, you can pace yourself the whole way. Toby was really encouraging. I’ll definitely be back.

    Wow what a hidden gem! The studio is really groovy. Everything seems super clean new and sparking. The instructor Chloe ran a really solid classic flow class that flowed beautifully. Then she finished with soundbath. Just the right amount of encouragement and authenticity too. The room with candles and decorative tech light walls although the same yang psychedelic lights all through class made it tricky to rest when needed - perhaps would be different for more yin focussed classes. Great find!

    I loved that this class was so small and individualized since I was so new to Pilates. It made me feel less anxious and Phoebe was so patient and kind. Would highly recommend for anyone, this is the best my hip flexors have felt in ages.
