Voir tous les avisIt was my first experience and unlike the worry I had after reading some reviews, the staff was welcoming (though we indeed have to wear the gripping socks, I bought two at the desk) and the instructor was inclusive too. As a person who regularly work out, this one was not much challenging but there's still some rooms to adjust the intensity on my end (eg dumbell). Loved it!
