Voir tous les avisAs someone who takes a billion classes and teaches myself, I was impressed with this instructor! I love that she took the time before class knowing I was "new" to the studio to 1.) personally introduce herself 2.) give a clear explanation of what class would be like 3.) recommend best spots in the room if you like/dislike the heat. I am a fitness professional myself and I see so many instructors miss this opportunity to connect & create a great class experience for new people in the room. She also intentionally remembered by name to call out during class (which seems nominal), but is easier said than done in a room full of 30+ people while you're also remembering your class plan. Really nice work Marlee!!! From one instructor to another...Keep it up!!!👏🏻

I was anxious about beginning an exercise program that was new to me. I will definitely return and take classes again. Thank you Kailegh (so?) 😄

Voir tous les avisDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

This is not unique to this instructor but my last several classes here the instructors did almost all of the exercises on a machine too; the downside is they’re not paying attention to our form and correcting.

I got there early and they walked me through what to expect. The class itself was great…high energy, great workout, great music. I thought it was easy enough to follow, especially given the monitors that are always showing you the exercises and combos for each round. Definitely will be back!

The class is small enough for her to provide tips and feedback as you work out. She helped me get my form down which is always my biggest worry with weights. The class was challenging but the format kept things moving. Definitely sore today but feeling stronger.
