    Lydia's classes are always incredible for the burn and you never regret getting up early for them. Today something very minor happened and she gave everyone a gift to make up for it which shows just how much she cares about making the studio a lovely, friendly community space

    Bounce Blast in Camden

    Super fun class, gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat loads. Different sequences repetitevely so its easier to get the jist of the arm/legs coordination. Would go back again!

    Zumba® - Camden Town

    So glad I've found Lina! She's brilliant. A bundle of fun & enthusiasm. She gives clear instructions and not as much relentless pounding the floor, more sassy dance style, (my knees are handling it so far... ). Plus she has disco lights ! The current space in Camden is big and there lots of room to move. Have done Zumba on & off for 9 yrs or so and she is in the top 5 teachers I've had (out of perhaps 20).
