Voir tous les avisI love this class and instructor. I just wish that the 2nd to last song wasn’t always slow. This seems like the most important song to have a song with a great beat to push you through when there’s no choreo. You really feel everyone’s energy come down & it’s depressing.

Voir tous les avisI’ve been looking for a new spin studio, and I think I’ve found my place. This was an AMAZING class and Aleah was such an inspiring instructor! She was really good at walking the line between pushing us to challenge ourselves while still taking it at our own pace. Her high energy and excitement kept me so motivated during the class!!! Can’t wait to come back :)
