Voir tous les avisthis class was amazing. the room was the perfect temperature and the music was 10/10 she was playing hits from black artists and i was vibing out the whole time. she speaks very loudly and clear and is very confident in her teaching and it makes me feel very comfortable as a student. i love this studio and can't wait to return :)

She always provides a modification, or a challenge for those who dare to try. Her classes are inclusive, and have the best playlists. I love coming to Strength+- I’ve been coming consistently for 5 months now and I see the results each time I come to class. Thanks Megan, you’re the best <3

She adapted her instructions for the different levels present in the class which was helpful for those less experienced and for those who wanted to go deeper into our practice. Hands on assists were optional but really helpful too!

Voir tous les avisI was so scared of the cold at first! The 50 degree water was intense for me, so I only did 3 one minute dips in it with vitamin c shower rinses in between. I’m definitely less intimidated now, and I’m looking forward to making sauna/plunge sessions part of my regular self-care routine! Thank you so much!!!

I loved the structure of class and the moves she incorporated which had a perfect blend of classical and contemporary Pilates. I can’t wait to go again!
