Either her Vinyasa class kicks my butt in the best way or slow flow gives the best deep stretches. She’s also so passionate about the practice of yoga and it shows through everything she does! She pushes us to be better each class and her playlists are always such a vibe. Come hydrated and be ready to feel on top of the world after a class with Rebekah!

Voir tous les avisI’m trying to do more strength training but hate going to gyms and have had issues with traditional barre classes being too difficult or impractical. This class is challenging, but doable. Kate does a great job keeping it fun by mixing up the exercises and has good music. Overall recommend, this is a great workout!

Voir tous les avisI have been taking Well Flow with Emma H for a bit now and it’s been my favorite at Studio Fire. used to hate workout classes before I found this studio. The structure of this class is great. You do one flow and then one round of HIIT and then another flow and another HIIT and then again for a total of three times. After that it’s core and glutes and there is still time for meditation. It’s a full body workout that isn’t intimidating and you get breaks throughout. Emma does a great job making you feel relaxed and letting you know that this is your time and you can take what you need in the class but also pushes you a bit during HIIT. It’s great and Emma’s music choices are always awesome!

The class was challenging but in SUCH a good way!!!! Candice's exercises were soo fun yet so effective. I felt like I got such a good work out in. Her playlist was amazing and I really enjoyed it! I immediately booked the next IHP class with her after I got into my car! I am looking forward to trying other instructors who teaches IHP and highly recommend this class and Switch Fitness studio if you're in search of a new workout/yoga studio!!!

She is super knowledgeable about the body and muscles, I learn something new about how to fix or heal a body part everytime I go to this class! Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after. The structure hasn’t really changed so I felt comfortable, and enjoyed the energy of the class. I also made sure to arrive 10-15 mins early to acquaint myself with the studio and get properly set up. It was a rainy, gloomy, and dreary day and it's like he could sense the class really pushed ourselves to be there. And he took us through the most effective yet intense class that didn't even require much thought. It flowed beautifully.

I liked how she would demo the move slowly before going into it full out, and she also provided modifications for people who needed less or more. She also had a great playlist! I love when the music syncs with the number of reps. I would recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to get a good spot. This particular class uses mats, weights and resistance bands, all of which were provided but if you prefer using your own mat I’d bring it.
