As their page read, I called before to confirm they had availability for the type of appointment I wanted to book and ask any questions - wood massage and body sculpting. They confirmed they did and I booked my time slot via classpass. Check-in was easy, forms were sent and completed via email prior. The room was prepped with disposable underwear/bra to wear + water was offered. As far as the experience and to keep my review not too lengthy, it was informative, tailored to my preferences and great conversation/service. The wood work + massage is a bit more intense than manual lymphatic drainage, but as long as you’re communicative with them, it can be less (or more) pressure if needed. I’m definitely feeling it today! To finish my service, I spent 10 minutes on the vibration plate. The facility was clean and secure (locked front door, door bell rung to enter). The design is a bit confusing as the ceilings are tall and you can hear sounds from adjacent rooms/the lobby, but there was relaxing music in my treatment room. Nadia was my treatment provider, I’ll definitely be back to see her again. (I’ll post my full review to Yelp)

I’m not sure if it was effective just because I’m not sure if they have experience dealing with darker skin. But it was a nice experience as an intro to laser. She started my reflexology treatment with a firm shoulder rub after I’d enjoyed some tea and then she proceeded to give me a reflexology treatment so good that I didn’t know my feet and legs could feel like that. Often I feel massage treatments are never firm enough to do me any significant good but this was very firm and the release I got from it (as someone who works on their feet) was divine. No details were skipped, and Hannah also offered me things like a hot pack for my neck and my choice of various scented lotions. Will 100% be returning. Thank you, Hannah!

I went from needing to shave every day to shaving once a week, and by the time my series is done hopefully rarely in the future! She’s efficient, thorough, and attentive and the procedure is super quick. I have blonder hair so might need 8-10 sessions and she was transparent about that from the start. Highly recommend!
