    It was my first time at SALT and it didn’t disappoint! Definitely one of the better barre classes I’ve taken. It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

    I adore Lauren!! She is such an amazing Pilates instructor—incredibly knowledgeable, and deeply skilled in the art of Pilates. She is also so kind, and you can tell how much she cares about all of her students. It’s so cool that this studio offers Cadillac/Chair classes! Usually people have to sign up for private sessions to have access to this specialty equipment, so the fact that Body Design offers these classes is really such a gift!!     Low resistance but still a really great workout! I’m whatever is before beginner and this class was amazing. Trust me, I loathe exercise, I almost failed gym in high school. I’m 5’6 220, not a light girl, BUT this is the first workout class I didn’t give up on. Listen I have no shame in giving up but this was paced so well, the energy, music, and instructor were so dope!!
