We took the Yin Yoga class and, although our instructor was a substitute, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and guided the class beautifully. Carol checked us in and truly went above and beyond. Since it was our first class, she made us feel incredibly welcome and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The salt cave itself is incredible. The room is beautiful, peaceful, and so relaxing. I walked out feeling completely relaxed and revived afterward. Such a unique experience, and I will absolutely be back!

I went in with emotional baggage and physical soreness from my most recent activities of working 12 hour shifts in the June southern heat for almost a week straight. My emotional baggage as well was a weight my body was naturally carrying. I left feeling lighter and renewed physically and emotionally. I get as specific as I possibly can in these reviews and experiences sharing my journey because I want people to find the solutions that are right for their problems. Anybody can say a business is good or bad, but we all really want to know why. Antoinette truly cares and tries to connect with each of her clients. I have had 4 encounters with her if I’m not wrong and I genuinely couldn’t tell you which experience was the best because they all were out of this world healing experiences I wish I could have every single day 🤣 I plan to try all of her services available here on ClassPass and provide a detailed review for each of them. So far I cannot rank any of them better than the other so I will say it’s safe to say like Allstate you are in good hands (no matter which experience you choose on your journey) I am grateful to Antoinette for not only providing outstanding service but to even gift an add on to my service free of charge. Unfortunately, my boyfriend had high blood pressure, so he couldn't participate in the full session. However, the lady was incredibly kind and offered him a back treatment instead, and she didn't even charge him for it! She told us, 'I hope you come back next time.' We definitely will! He is still feeling a bit under the weather, but as soon as he recovers, we’ll be back. I also noticed that my body felt great and energized afterward. I also loved the resort—the hospitality was 100% amazing!

If you’re going to the float be sure to wear shoes you don’t mind getting salt on (I forgot) and bring your own lotion if you’re vegan or plant based because their option is a goat milk cream. Overall it was a great experience. 10/10 recommend, can’t wait to be back!
