It helped manage expectations and stay motivated. In other classes I’ve been to, it has often been quite hard to understand what the instructor is shouting over the music, so this was a pleasant surprise.

Because the class is so small, it really is easy to get individual attention and hands-on corrections. Even though the class is more mellow than other beginner courses, it is great for recovery from injury and introducing a little bit physical movements on a weekday.

Full body workout. I would recommend getting there early enough to set up equipment as the barbells aren't your bog standard. The change rooms were huge and nice, but bring your own lock.

The reception person had no idea where the code was and kept saying I should have received an email from them, which I hadn’t.
