Tulika was the first teacher of all I have seen in years, to emphasize the importance of reducing sensory stimuli to enhance our practice, grounding it into the original principles of Yoga.     I really loved the Pelvic Movement class! Marietta was welcoming and extremely knowledgeable, and she used helpful metaphors that made each movement easy to understand. We learned different types of isolations and practiced them throughout the class. I’ve been aware of some imbalances in my posture, including a pelvic tilt. After the class, I felt amazing!
