Even though I moved further away from him before the class started, my throat started itching so bad I had to leave. Wish there was a way to somehow implement a no perfume/cologne policy.

Voir tous les avisExcellent instructor! If you’re going to pack the classes that Full, you need to open the door or install a fan, some circulation or AC. Instructor didn’t want open the door because of the sunlight being so bright. The lack of air circulating gave me a migraine. Additionally there’s a water spot again in the far right corner in the front on the ceiling, toxic mold accumulates with these water damages. The area needs to be simply wiped out and the panel needs to be replaced. it’s been like this for a long time. Said kindly, it is time to replace it.

Diana led us through a non traditional slow flow where I felt stretched out and ended with a sound bath. I especially appreciated the use of straps to "floss" and stretch out our shoulders and backs.

All the movements were done long enough to really feel the burn but not over done to where it wasn’t enjoyable. I loved the class breakdown. In the moment you think it’ll never end but then you’re on to the next move and before you know it class is over. Kaylie was the best teacher. She motivates throughout and will adjust you to Evette you get the most out of your movement. Loved this class.

I regretted all the food I enjoyed in my life. 10/10 would recommend it for people who are active and want a challenge. As for beginners, maybe ask for a beginner friendly workout session unless you enjoy shifting in and out consciousness. Also, the coach Rachael was a champ she was very motivating.

The only con I have is their signature scent that is pumped into the lobby, and their hand wash. I’m sure it’s franchise policy, but with taking care of yourself and exercising and then having to inhale a synthetic scent when you walk in is kind of a bummer. But I will be back, instructor was excellent and people were very nice. I just won’t breathe when I walk in. 😊

This was super out of my comfort zone but everyone was welcoming and kind. They were all helpful and I came out feeling insanely different than when I entered. Highly recommend! My only complaint is that the teacher that taught the following class came in immediately, abruptly, loudly and made a lot of noise dropping her mat onto the floor. She was very inconsiderate of the students remaining in the room in savasana. Hopefully this feedback makes its way back to her so that she can be more conscientious of how her energy affects students who come to Hatch.

The front desk person hooked me up with a free personal trainer session the next day without using any credits and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This place was awesome!

Former weightlifting / F45 / CrossFit experience helps as a lot of the movements utilize lifts that really can’t be easily taught on the fly. However it’s also super easy to modify so if you don’t know a move or aren’t comfortable they make great recommendations so anyone can take the class.
