Voir tous les avisPatient instructor! Active part of class with bungee is very short due to set up time instructions taking turns and cooldown/stretch. The class is held in the spa yoga room not the fitness center. Make sure you give yourself enough time to find the spa because it is confusing. It’s valet only for your car. Spa can get you a locker. They have you wait in a relaxing space where the instructor comes to get you. Long sleeves and pants and hokas recommended. Lovely property.
