Voir tous les avisIt was the first time I had done an FS8 class (and used a reformer) - I loved it ! Cian was really great at showing me the ropes, which quelled any nerves! Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

Voir tous les avisGreat class, Caleb is a fantastic instructor, very sad to hear he's leaving. Nothing to do with this specific class but I don't understand why 1R is now encouraging members to create reels. I really don't want phones to be used in classes or even worse, in the changing rooms. Exercise is one of the few occasions we can actually disconnect and not be distracted by phones and I used to love that about 1R classes that phone use was banned. Please go back to that!
