Voir tous les avisI was promptly greeted by their friendly manager, Nick. I think bc it was my first time at this location. There were also plenty of helpful, friendly faces. Shoe rentals are free here. Towels are already placed on each bike. Love the space and parking at the mall is ample and easy. Emily Grace is awesome, very nice and, though I haven’t taken a class with any other instructors, would be a good choice if you’re a beginner!

Voir tous les avisLove this class! I used to be an O2 fitness member and I am coming back through class pass just for Indi’s body pump class. I have been weight lifting consistently for 10 years and this class kicks my butt and usually makes me sore for days! There are always people of very different levels in the class and it’s easy to modify to your bodies needs based on weights and range of motion - Indi always gives modifications and there are always people modifying to their needs which I really appreciate. I would note that especially as a first timer you should arrive to class 15-20 minutes early because set up takes a while and the class doesn’t have capacity caps so it’s best to arrive early to grab a spot that’s comfortable for you and make sure the weights you want are still available. Also no one is there to tell you what you need/what to expect so definitely just ask someone else taking the class, everyone is really nice and will help you out.

Robert and Rob from a previous review are not the same person, and he gives corrections without making people feel like they’ve messed up and demonstrates modifications for those who want to take one. Good energy all around - a welcoming environment for gym goers of all levels.

The instructor gave good tips for form and tries to make you feel included! However, if you are accustomed to other forms of exercise, I would highly recommend a higher level class.
