Voir tous les avisThis was my first Barre 3 class and I loved it! Great blend of strength and cardio. Definitely challenging but can be modified. Megan was great on challenging us but giving us tips for modifications to best suit your needs/desires. Will definitely be back!

The instructions are simple to follow, great treadmill, and the heart rate monitor is fun to wear. Can’t wait to do it again.

Voir tous les avisI did the noon class today and I absolutely LOVED it!! The music was great, the instructor was awesome and the vibe was 💯💯. I love that the workouts focus on isolated muscle groups instead of every day being a full body workout. I also love that you’ll never do the same workout twice. 100/10 stars 😊
