    First time taking one of Chloe’s classes. I will definitely be looking for more clases she is teaching in the future! I had actually been considering chickening out right before class - the class description sounded so intimidating and I wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up. But I’m glad I went - Chloe made the class fun and there was enough variation that I never had to do any one thing for too long. Great workout!

    IN PERSON Warm Pilates & Yin - ANNEX

    Lovely instructor - very welcoming and kind. She gave great alternative options depending on flexibility or desired workout level. My first Pilates style yoga class and I loved that it was so accessible and not too intensive and to end with the long held yin poses was a relaxing finish that got me centred.

    (Studio) Hot: Slow Flow

    Anne is amazing - loved this class, again. I entered feeling bogged down, heavy and sluggish - left feeling light and thoughtful and centred. Her presence is very grounding. Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.
