Voir tous les avisInstructor was very good in making all attendees feel safe, and included. Not at all an intimidating class to attend. I found very helpful for a good and safe stretch, and grounding. Studio of course is very nice, as you would expect with Como. If you are new to prenatal yoga, or earlier in your pregnancy journey - I suggest to come with questions to ask the instructor post class to maximize your experience. She is very welcoming.
