The Fire workout got me sweating and all worked out in 20 mins. The fact that it was at 6 am in the morning was a bonus cause now I am on high energy and all set for the day.

Paige was there to assist me, she was friendly, explained everything for me, walked me through it and she even was there for moral support when I did the cold plunge twice! She was beyond amazing and for my first experience, I’d give it a 10/10 highly recommend!!!
