INFERNO HOT PILATES
First time trying out a heated class and I'm pleasantly surprised by how much I like it! Ka Lydia was super friendly and encouraging for beginners like me, even when I was struggling to keep up :") but she reminded me to just keep moving even in my own pace. Definitely gonna go back! But you guys weren't kidding when you said the bathroom/locker room is tiny. Just a narrow line with lockers on your left and showers on your right. I read about the lockers and how you need to bring your own padlock but now they have keyholes instead? but they didn't give me a key soooo

Cuma mat-nya bukan rubber. Jadi better bawa handuk kecil atau minjem handuk ke mbak-mbak receptionistnya aja. Shower room nya cuma ada 1. Changing room ada 2. Ada locker room juga di dalem. Buat kak Mitha, ngajarnya pelan2 bgt dan assist tiap member sih. Lovvv!
