Please try this class at least once to find out for yourself. Also…the girls that work at the desk…I don’t know how it’s possible but every single one of them are astounding…so incredibly thoughtful, helpful, beautiful in soul. This is a community that is very special and rare.

Voir tous les avisIt was great beginner class. The space is intimate enough for the instructor to walk around and see if anyone needed help. She explained everything well. It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!

Voir tous les avisStatic trapeze with Kennedy was super fun 🤩 I have 0 experience but the instructor was very good in explaining what to focus on and making sure I feel safe and comfortable and having fun 🥳 classmates are all very friendly, encouraging, welcoming and super strong 😍 it’s such a great gym everyone should come play and get fit

Voir tous les avisDefinitely not easy lmfao but I did love that the class was small and intimate so you actually get good directions and help from the instructor when you get confused and the staff is very nice and polite overall it was a fun experience but like I said it’s not easy but with practice makes perfect so they say lol
