Voir tous les avisVery welcoming & encouraging environment! Ed was super detailed in breaking down each step of the combo. Was very easy to follow along (but also i do aerial silks regularly). Space is a little cramps though so you do have to watch out to not hit the ppl next to you. And the mats had a lot of pet hair stuck to them so beware if you’re allergic.

Voir tous les avisStatic trapeze with Kennedy was super fun 🤩 I have 0 experience but the instructor was very good in explaining what to focus on and making sure I feel safe and comfortable and having fun 🥳 classmates are all very friendly, encouraging, welcoming and super strong 😍 it’s such a great gym everyone should come play and get fit

Voir tous les avisDefinitely not easy lmfao but I did love that the class was small and intimate so you actually get good directions and help from the instructor when you get confused and the staff is very nice and polite overall it was a fun experience but like I said it’s not easy but with practice makes perfect so they say lol
