Voir tous les avisI really liked this instructor. Her sequences made sense. the one legged tadasana with airplane and figure 4 was kind of tough. I think a better transition is needed here. other then that the flow was decent.

Voir tous les avisChloe was extremely attentive to the class as she made sure we were all in proper positions and adjusted us as needed. She was able to move me into the correct form without being too pushy or invasive, and gave us shout outs when we were doing well. I have been doing lagree for a while now and I think she provides a great workout for both beginners and regulars!

I had a “circumstance” that made me late to class and I’m so grateful she held the door a few extra minutes so I could soak up her wonderful guidance and wisdom. My body needed the stretching but my mind was the true recipient of that practice, feeling love and warmth and all the things. Thank you again!

Voir tous les avisShawna is extremely informative and takes the time to explain harder moves. Her classes are always restorative and enlightening! This one in particular was not as hot as usual but it was also a lot colder of a day so I can imagine that affecting the temperature.

Voir tous les avisWhat an amazing class. Abigail implemented strength, balance, core work, relaxation, connection to breath… I could go on. All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered. Can’t wait to go again next Monday. Thank you for holding space so beautifully, Abigail!

Thank you Nancy for the @ss kicking flow and reminding us to connect to our breath and our inner smile. I wish more cpy classes were like this!
