Voir tous les avisThis is a good beginner to intermediate level class. The instructor has a great voice and flows through manageable and semi-relaxing poses. I still got my sweat on but found ease in knowing the poses she was cueing. However, if I was brand new I’d probably be slightly lost in the lack of mind to body explanation. That being said, I will definitely be back!!

Voir tous les avisCarolyn had really great cues and her pacing was in alignment with my full breath, which I appreciate because anymore these days I find that classes go far too fast. Also usually not into dharma talks during yoga practice, but her message was very well received. Her adjustments were gentle and non assuming. Enjoyed this class.

Voir tous les avisThis class really hit the spot. The instructor asked each of us which body parts we wanted to work on before class. I felt so relaxed and like I got some great stretching in. I would definitely take this class again. Not to mention the studio is beautiful.

Voir tous les avisShawna is extremely informative and takes the time to explain harder moves. Her classes are always restorative and enlightening! This one in particular was not as hot as usual but it was also a lot colder of a day so I can imagine that affecting the temperature.

Voir tous les avisWhat an amazing class. Abigail implemented strength, balance, core work, relaxation, connection to breath… I could go on. All of this was done with care and connection to the class and the whole flow and energy was so refreshing. The class was challenging but still accesible due to the options and variations offered. Can’t wait to go again next Monday. Thank you for holding space so beautifully, Abigail!

Thank you Nancy for the @ss kicking flow and reminding us to connect to our breath and our inner smile. I wish more cpy classes were like this!
