I was the tiniest bit wary based on the single review that stated it wasn’t cardio but more stretching - I’m not sure what class they attended or if they were a high level athlete, but she absolutely got my heart rate up and had me sweating. She was also a fantastic instructor, super welcoming and made the whole hour just very pleasant which is something when you’re sweating like that! She explained things so well and made sure form was clear and tailored to not cause injury. I also loved the small class size. I might have gotten lucky but I really enjoyed the 4 other ladies there with me. Definitely recommend this class and I’ll be back.

Lots of street parking & it’s free :) This class was a true all levels class! total body and soooo challenging but bella offered tons of modifications as well. I will definitely be coming back!

Voir tous les avisCan't recommend this class enough! Lindsay is amazing. The small class size allows her to be attentive to each individual and really help you improve your practice. Her cues and adjustments were incredibly helpful. I've done one other reformer class at a different studio and regularly do yoga and mat Pilates, but this class made me realize how much I typically lack focus on my actual form. Go here if you're a beginner or an expert, your body will thank you!

Voir tous les avisVery good instructor! Beautiful space! Great workout. My glutes are going to be sore tomorrow! It would have been helpful to know that it is #20 facing 29th. There is a sign for the studio, but the directions say to turn on Wyandot. Without knowing it’s around the corner, class passers may stand at the locked metal gate of 2901 Wyandot in confusion. Like me! Thankfully someone directed me to the right place!
