Voir tous les avisLexi is a heart-led instructor and adds a beautiful personal touch to her Yin class. She brought in her rain stick and incorporated lots of sound healing into the practice. I loved that she emphasizes feeling safe and trusting in one’s body as the main focus of her class. What an amazing, trauma-informed class and instructor.

I love being able to support smaller Pilates businesses, the studio is really cute and the reformers are great quality! I’ve taken classes with both Heather and Teri, they’re both lovely! Definitely 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to support Pilates businesses outside of bigger chains!
