Voir tous les avisThis place is fantastic. It would be difficult for beginners, however, that does not mean it would not be beneficial. It really asks you to engage completely and thoughtfully. Remembering the long sequences is hard…at first. It does get easier. As far as teaching form, not this particular class. The instructors are, however, thoughtful and willing to take time after class.

Davis made sure I was set up properly throughout the flow and provided a relaxing environment for a great workout. Would recommend and look forward to taking additional classes!

I loved that she emphasizes feeling safe and trusting in one’s body as the main focus of her class. What an amazing, trauma-informed class and instructor.
