I was disappointed though when the young lady attempted to charge me because she said you can only use class pass once for this service and then it's full price. What??? This is fine if that's the policy but it should be clearly listed when you book and if things changed they should have called texted or emailed to advise of there policy change to allow me the option to see if I want to cancel
