I take yoga at a different studio usually but was intrigued by the idea of a class that could break down what most classes seem to assume I already know 🙈 If you take this class, you will leave with a better understanding of what, why, and how for common postures. You should take advantage of the opportunity to ask questions! I felt welcomed and comfortable and the space is nice. I would definitely come back to this studio in the future.

Throughout class, there were times when all the lights would go completely dark and she encouraged us to use that time however we needed, whether that meant pushing ourselves, slowing down, or simply being present. As someone who recently moved to Charlotte, I really appreciated her reminders to be comfortable with the uncomfortable and the affirmations she shared. It was exactly what I needed to hear today. I have felt secure and comfortable with the other clientele as well - always important to me. Each class I’ve taken has been very beginner friendly.
