Voir tous les avisWhat an amazing class! Laura is a great and experienced instructor. The class was well structured, and we got to learn and work with different beginner moves in order to level up. Great environment but would definitely recommend arriving early to find parking! Location was a little hard to find but asked a neighboring store for instructions!

Voir tous les avisIt’s my first time taking a gymnastics class. These are really gymnastics practices. Kristie, Alex and another coach (sorry I forgot your name) are experienced, helpful and patient about beginners! Hope I will be back soon. They do recommend wrist support bands since there will be a lot of rollings and flipping on hands. Good to try something new!
