Voir tous les avisI loved the relaxing atmosphere of this deep stretch yoga class! As a person who sits at a desk 40 hours a week this class was just what I needed! Everyone in the class and the instructor was super nice and welcoming. They made my first time using class pass super easy and enjoyable! Definitely will be back for this class next week!

Voir tous les avisThis was my first time doing Pilates and Beth was extremely helpful and patient. I picked it up pretty quickly but there were several other newbies in our class and Beth did an amazing job moving between all of us to make sure we were understanding all the instructions. She was very kind and stayed after class for a few minutes to talk with me about my goals and help me finish my paperwork. The class itself was also great. I enjoyed the exercises and definitely will be returning. It was a perfect class for a beginner but also would be great for someone with a little more experience as well. I’m in pretty good shape but still found it to be a good workout and I was a little sore for a few days after!!
