The building is connected to a DMV so Saturdays are fine but plan to arrive early to find parking during the week. Studio is small but has everything you need! The cavitation is suction cups on your butt for 30 minutes to equal 1500 squats, but I wasn’t sore at all after nor did I have bruising (she said you sometimes do). I’ll definitely go back!
