Voir tous les avisI was in town visiting and decided to check this place. The studio is small but cozy and everyone had space. The instructor was very welcoming and gave great cues, I felt right at home. Class was comfortable for all levels, we worked up a sweat then slowed it down before the end. 10/10 class

Voir tous les avisI love how Eli explains how to take each pose very clearly and with assertive voice. His classes are very balanced and well thought. He is professional, knowledgeable, and humorous at time, just a right amount. :) I enjoy his choice of calm music which is not too loud so everyone can hear his voice clearly 🙏Thank you Eli!
