Voir tous les avisVery friendly front desk, nice equipment, and a wonderfully hot room! As a beginner, I thought the class was a bit too quickly paced for me, but it was clear that the teacher was very good. She helped me correct and adjust the poses to fit my ability.

Voir tous les avisFabulous class today! The instructor was amazing, super supportive and encouraging but not pushy, which was great for me being in a hot room for the first time in a long time. She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

Voir tous les avisJackie is amazing! Tonight’s class was my favorite yoga class I’ve ever taken. She did many adjustments which helped my form a lot! Her pace was perfect and she led a very calming cool down at the end. I will definitely be back!

Voir tous les avisIt was great but for those who haven’t been before keep in mind that it is a 90 minute class in high heat. I recommend bringing a change of clothes for afterward because I was soaked.
