Voir tous les avisAngie’s class is so challenging and every time I will hit a point where I’m like, “why did I do this to myself??” But I never feel that way at the end of class and always appreciate the challenge when I’m sore the next day. You have to bring your A game to her classes, but it pays off 🙂

Voir tous les avisJulia was great! It was my first time and she went over the machine before class. During class, she would correct my form & give positive feedback when I was doing it right. Music isn’t loud so you can hear her and she constantly demonstrates, great for first-timers. 10/10

Voir tous les avisIt was my first time trying solidcore. I’ve done Pilates and yoga and HIIT workouts but nothing could have prepared me for the roller coaster of emotions I felt during the class. I immediately panicked thinking I was going to die and would not make it through the class (convinced I would never book it again), then it turned into hopeful optimism, and by the end - sheer relief and looking forward to my next class! (I guess this is what childbirth must feel like?!). 11/10 recommend but it’s not for the faint hearted.

Voir tous les avisI love Abby’s cueing style & cadence— keeps the class engaging. I also really vibe with her chill house playlist— it gives just enough energy and relaxation which gives the boost to do the moves but also be steady whilst in the move. The only thing id say is when she counts and cues “holds” she’ll say, for example, “hold in 4..3..2..1.. mini pulses” which is confusing because I’m not sure if we are going to hold in 4 seconds as she’s counting down or if we are supposed to be holding while she’s counting down. So more clarity on that would be helpful. Additionally , when transitioning from legs to obliques, i wish we transitioned to the opposite oblique of the leg we had worked on instead of the same side oblique because it felt like my leg was too fatigued to be able to fully work the same side oblique. Other than that i really like Abby’s coaching style! One of my fav instructors at lagree!

Elizabeth’s energy really pushes and motivates you throughout class to really give your all, but of course I have to do my complaining and say that I hate how hard this woman worked me. Her ability to build a fun, butt-kicking hybrid of yoga flow and sculpt with weights? Perfect every time. You leave with a big calorie burn while feeling stronger than before. And she leaves time for proper cooldown which so many teachers don’t remember to do. Not to mention, Ina’s cold cloths with lavender and lemon infused in them that Aly places on your forehead while in shavasana is the chef’s kiss. I’ll be back again next week. I’m hooked.

Voir tous les avisI always enjoy going to this class. Heat is great and there is enough room to spread out and not feel like your exchanging sweat with your neighbor. This teacher was good. However, some white noise would go along way to block out the neighbors noise which is very distracting when trying to be zen.

Voir tous les avisFor my first ever pilates class I loved it! I appreciate that there are only 5 reformers, allowing for more focused instruction and guidance. My instructor made understanding all the different parts so easy and had a wealth of knowledge on the history of pilates and how that ties in to current practices today. Will definitely be coming back!

Voir tous les avisReally liked Sarah! Her class was challenging but not overwhelming that it felt like I couldn’t do it. I also really appreciate how we can put our mats where WE are most comfortable and not assigned a spot. additionally, unlike a lot of other studios, this session didn’t make me feel cramped like a sardine. I had space to move, breathe, and workout without fear of hitting my neighbor.

Voir tous les avisCandlelight YIN with Jill was by far one of the best yoga classes I have ever taken. I felt good afterward, I didn't experience any pain or exhaustion. Jill explained different ways to do the poses that was comfortable for each individual. My plan is to go every week to Candlelight YIN. Great class to start your week off or a midweek energy boost.

James was friendly and personable, as well as very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about the body and holistic movement. I was not familiar at all with gyrotonic and James led me through each movement with patience, encouragement and specificity. The space is beautiful and comfortable (don’t be discouraged by the stairways and long hallway). I am excited to come back as soon as I can!
