Voir tous les avisThe tech was very nice, but I didn't get at all what I asked for. I asked for a cat eye where it naturally progressed in length up to 15. My lashes are all the same length all around and it looks unnatural and unflattering. My eyes also are experiencing a burning sensation. To be fair, the manager did agree to accommodate when they saw the finish product, but I was not confident that they could provide the service that met my expectations. There was clunks of lashes applied to one lash, up to 6 individuals on one lash. I could not comb through my lashes because of this. Also reviewing the reviews on google did not help, it’s seems some stylist could perform but others could not. Also the response to criticism was very dismissive on google. On class pass it also says to go to the Oak Park location, which I made it to early to find out I needed to be in Wicker Park which was 25 minutes out of my way.

I have had hybrids done by several other lash techs and I felt this set was a true hybrid in terms of the fullness compared to other places that overdo it and give a volume look, so I liked that. The ClassPass page said to arrive 15 minutes early but I ended up waiting 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time for the service to start, so that’s why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Overall the service was good! If retention is 2-3 weeks then I will definitely be back.

Voir tous les avisEl Homme is very nice, but I think that the aestheticians are variably experienced which can make it challenging when booking via ClassPass rather than being a regular customer who knows which aestheticians are skilled at what service. I had hoped to do a leg wax, Brazilian wax, brow wax + tinting, but the only aesthetician available on the day of my appointment wasn’t a very experienced waxer (she correctly was forthcoming about this to me and her manager). However, she was still advised by management to wax my legs and brows. Despite not having as much experience, I could tell that she did take her time to do the best that she could. The process took approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes over 2 consecutive days, and there is still a bit of hair on my legs because she ultimately had to rush to finish on the second day of waxing my legs.
