He guided us really well through each stretch and made sure we were doing everything properly. I really appreciated how hands-on and encouraging he was. 🩷

The instructor (mb, forgot her name 🥹) was super nice and asked about us—personally and our experience with yoga. The flow was easy to follow, although I wish some of the cues were clearer (not much of a dealbreaker bc she guided us throughout and still showed us the poses). I had a deep stretch mostly on my legs which helps esp since I do aerial hoop. Overall, a great class ⭐️ Hoping to have more students join soon since there were only 2 of us 🫶🏻
