The atmosphere is great, the lighting is beautiful, and the pricing is very reasonable and accessible. Highly recommend if you’re around Bangna–Bearing area. It’s near BTS Bearing and just a short walk away, super convenient. The instructor was great and really targeted all the right muscles. This was my first time here and I already loved it. Definitely coming back many more times.

The staff and instructors are lovely, and I’m obsessed with the international vibe here—you get to work out with people from all over the world. This class definitely got me sweating and struggling, but in a good way! Masha was attentive, helping correct my form and offering modifications whenever I needed them. As a beginner, I never felt intimidated or out of place. The atmosphere was welcoming, staff was also kind, and I left feeling accomplished and energized. I’d love to come back again!

They have lockers, shower, water dispenser, all the equipment are provided. They even give hot tea and biscuits after class +1! The class was very relaxing.. too relaxing i almost fell asleep 😆 coach was so good at giving instructions and affirmations.
