Voir tous les avisFirst time trying out boxing and I’d like to applaud the instructors for being so patient and friendly. Good pace for beginners and it was really fun (and tiring). Studio also has washrooms and shower areas for washing up, but they are a little dim in my opinion. Other than that, a good exposure to boxing for those who are new!

Voir tous les avisAwesome and safe place to learn parkour. parents can park their children there while they go for their "me-time". Instructor is patient and nice. Request and he might show you a stunt at the end of class.. He's of coz a parkour expert😊

Voir tous les avisI recognised Fabian from his spinning nights at Paulander and decided to give his sessions a try! What I enjoy about Fabi's workouts is the community he built. I still enjoy my indoor studio classes but with Fabi's sessions you get to meet new people and build friendships along the way which other studios miss the touch on. Plus he also mixes up different types of workouts on his classes
