Voir tous les avisIt was a nice crowd in the studio. I wasn't sure about the facilities in the beginning but the staff tries to keep it clean and nice. The class is busy but Tom and Lou is very attentive to everyone to make sure their form and doing the workout routines safe. It was a really good workout overall and felt learned a lot more and I can see why people come back to F45 in general - community and good training no gimmick of disco lights but just pure workout sesh with good music!

Voir tous les avisIt was the first time I had done an FS8 class (and used a reformer) - I loved it ! Cian was really great at showing me the ropes, which quelled any nerves! Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

The instructor Charlie was so great and helpful & I think these are great because they aren’t so strict with the time. You can drop in every 10 mins so it’s easy if you’re running a little ahead of or behind schedule. Love that. Will be back!

It was a little chaotic because the class before got out late and the teacher was scrambling to prepare the room and we started late. It’s fine for me but stressful for the instructor. I also teach and hate starting class ungrounded like that.

He’s thorough, pushes/motivates you and plans out well thought out classes. I am always sore the next day and I’ve been lifting heavier and heavier.
