Voir tous les avisAll i have to say is wow, from entering to leaving. Its such an inviting energy, you never feel embarrassed if its your first time, the support throughout the whole class. Interesting that they stand out with majority of pilates places since they use tvs to additionally show the excercise!!!

Voir tous les avisReally great class !! Great energy and I like that you can see an rpm on the screen so when you’re sprinting you have a target to reach, it’s got a silent disco element to it with headphones which I think is great!! Highly recommend
