Voir tous les avisI love this studio the community is very nourishing and friendly! The only concern I have is that if you book on ClassPass you don’t receive the entry code- luckily on Monday evening I overlapped with the evening class and Zelda, the teacher was very warm and welcoming and checked me in and showed me he to take care of the lights, music and how to make sure the studio was closed up (locked) after I left. I really appreciate her excellent presence. If she hadn’t been there I would have had no way to enter- so if you book open studio on ClassPass I would recommend calling the studio before you arrive to make sure that you can enter the building. Other than that, the space has a great vibe, there is a restroom and high ceilings for getting some elevation ✨!

She gives the class tons of options to meet our different fitness levels. She is super kind, encouraging, and patient. Also, her voice is calm and relaxing for such a tough workout! 💖💪
