Voir tous les avisWow, this warm yoga was comfortable and nurturing. Sandra introduced herself when I arrived and provided guidance and support. this was my first visit to the new Cultivate studio. I parked in the back and went right through the doors where the sign pointed "yoga this way." She also offered reiki during our practice and breathwork reminders. I feel amazing and will be back next Monday!
