Voir tous les avisJoseph was SUCH a great teacher! So attentive, gave great corrections, and had such positive, encouraging energy. Will be taking this class again soon! My only suggestion is to adjust the videos to be inclusive with the spring suggestions. Right now it says “women” and “men” for suggested spring resistance and it’s not inclusive, especially considering we are in NYC. Love the model of the studio and would love for it to be inclusive and supportive of all genders of Pilates lovers.
