They offer little earplugs because it does get loud in there (which helped a lot) and the staff was super nice and helped me set up for my first time, which I really appreciated. Keenan brought amazing energy and kept the pace up. I was mostly shocked at how I didn’t feel as tired as I expected through the workout. I also have asthma so I was a little worried, but I didn’t feel any pain at all during this workout. I’ll definitely be back :)

Usually when you see a “yoga sculpt” class it’s a boring vinyasa flow with some rinky dink weights but NO, this is yoga mixed with serious bodyweight calisthenics drills, tons of planking to build natural upper body and core strength, and so much glute work ouchhhhh…. Some small ankle and ring weights are used but it’s mostly to add on to your bodyweight. I am a 500-hr yoga teacher and teach megaformer and this has me wobbling on the way down the stairs. AMAZING CLASS if you want to see what your body can do and build strength for your other movement practices.

Definitely not pilates except for the ab section so I definitely think they need to rename this to something like “hot sculpt.” Also wish they had at least eight-pound weights for things like lunges! Regardless this instructor is super great at cueing and moving around, love her energy. I feel like this studio definitely took comments to heart and greatly improved the sound in the studio and the customer service at the front desk. I’m a big fan now, especially with the variety and number of classes they offer - super convenient especially with free validated parking!

Often times it’s old top 40 from the 2010s and it’s so not motivating and blah. I’m tempted to bring my headphones. They should learn from the other too gyms in the area and curate better music is my only complaint.

I always leave feeling like a baby giraffe. My only thing is I wish her playlist matched the intensity of the class and that she made hands on adjustments. Other wise fantastic!

Excellent sport activity: full body workout (depending on your condition, it's more or less "high" intensity), and very efficient (in 45 minutes you are done, for those who lack time). You are guided all the time through screens illustrating the exact movement that you have to do. There are two instructors super kind who also are supporting you, guiding you, and correcting you during the process/circuit. More than recommended. The place will try to sell you the membership. I think that in most places, owners/ hosts think that when we go through class pass, we don't pay or we are getting the class for free. I find myself always explaining that we do pay a monthly payment, a membership. The thing is that we don't pay it to only one place. Hopefully, ClassPass can explain all that better to the business they have arrangements with.

This class was a little more stretching focused, which would make it a less intense intro to pure barre if you’re looking for a class to test the waters or if you’re looking for an active-recovery type of workout class. But if you’re looking for a class that helps you stretch, relax, and connect to your body, then this is an excellent class! Modifications were provided for every pose which made the class very comfortable. Afterwards the instructor offered us tea. As I was leaving the instructor even remembered my name despite this being my first time at the studio. Would definitely go back!

The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and I had the opportunity to brush up on my Spanish skills. The instructor was extremely easy to approach, as he not only showed us every single movement but also made sure our form was correct and kept us motivated throughout the entire class. I absolutely adored how they seamlessly transitioned from the treadmill to weights and even included rowing machine. By the end of the session, I had burned a whopping 500 calories.

It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

The views are gorgeous overlooking Coconut Grove. The class makes you sweat and you work out intensely.
